I stop in the office this morning with an emergency. Unscheduled they fit me in to review my situation within 15 minutes. Learning I needed a procedure quickly (as I’m leaving for Florida in two days) they mustered the team and were able to find a spot on the schedule to accommodate me so my vacation wouldn’t be ruined! Fantastic customer service!
Today was my second visit. I am very pleased with my experiences. The staff that I encounter have been very pleasant and professional. All procedures are thoroughly explained. Questions are welcomed and encouraged. The facility is cleaned with pleasant atmosphere. Covid precautions are followed and taken very seriously.

I have been a patient at Chesterland Family Dental for many years. I am pleased to report that there is not one area of service that I would grade less than excellent. Dr. Brianne Fratantonio is kind, courteous, and never seems rushed. Her knowledgeable explanations of the problem at hand instill confidence in her recommendations for treatment. Also important to me is her willingness to say something looks good if it looks good. Staff is friendly and courteous. Costs are reasonable.
Chesterland Family Dental isn't just amazing at dental work, but also cosmetic work. I've gone to Dr. Bri for both and she was great! Don't let her youthful appearance fool you--she is wise beyond her years and did a better job on my cosmetic work than the veteran plastic surgeon I went to previously who charged me almost double the price! She made me feel extremely comfortable, is very sweet and her attention to detail and professionalism is unmatched. I also love family-owned businesses.
