Office was overall nice, but I’ll never have appointments with Dr. Brianne Anderson again, serious lack of bedside manner and empathy. I didn’t want birth control, after being repeatedly pressured into it by her. Therefore,apparently I don’t deserve answers or any help for monthly menstrual issues. I have a wonderful team of other Wellstar Doctors, but this doctor is not one of them. Never EVER again.
I didn't get to see the doctor because I scheduled an appointment three weeks in advance, only to later find out that the staff changed my appointment to a time that I was not available. Since I could not accommodate their needs with my work schedule, they tried to move my appointment to late October. Like in many medical practices, the doctors might be great, but the staff is horrible!
