Reached out to Breanna after-hours regarding availability of a specific service related to a controlled substance for Treatment Resistant Depression. Breanna was able to get me scheduled for treatment within two days of me contacting her. She jumped through all of the hoops required to get a pre-authorization submitted to my insurance carrier and get a prescription issued to my insurance carrier’s specialty pharmacy while co-coordinating with her Pharmacy. She Cancelled my appointment last minute with our saying why and then never responded back .Not very responsible, I understand things come up but a business is still being ran and peoples lives are still being effected. Communication is key.
