I was the lender on a transaction that Brianna was the Realtor for. She negotiated an INCREDIBLY good deal for her buyers, got them into a home with almost $100,000 of instant equity (validated with an appraisal), and was amazing to work with from start to finish. If you want a powerhouse Realtor with a team behind her, you should be talking to Brianna - seriously.
We worked with Brianna and her team and had a really great experience! Communication was clear, they were proactive and easy to work with. Would love to work together again!
