Brianna was great. The PCP I was supposed to see for the visit was not available and was not informed until I had already waited for 20 minutes. Brianna agreed to step in and see me since my own provider was not available. Super great care on Brianna's part. Above and beyond.
This provider surprised me with how they listened to me carefully and thoughtfully responded, I didn't feel like they were rushing me. They provided simple and thorough explanations, and patiently waited while I processed the words.
