I called Brian Yates plumbing on Thursday, 8/3/2017 at 3:50 p.m. to schedule an appointment. David told me that he might come by on Saturday, August 5, if he could fit me into his schedule, otherwise it would be Wednesday, August 9. On Saturday, he called to let me know that he would not make it that day and reaffirmed that he would come by on Wednesday. After 3 other plumbers said they couldn't get around to me for 3-4 weeks, David came out that afternoon. I should have called them first. Great service, fair prices. Highly recommended.
I called this place after my pipes froze. Although I didn't end up needing anyone to come out, I was pleasantly surprised with how kind and professional the owner was on the phone. I will definitely be calling back if I have any plumbing emergencies.
