I was sent a text reminder of my appointment that said my appt was at 3:30 pm and they called me that day at 1:47pm to tell me my appt is at 1:30 and have to cancel me because I'm not there. I wasn't there because the text said 3:30 pm and they proceeded to reschedule me 2 months later. Their message system time is in central time it appears which creates confusion and assumed considering they are in pacific time - it was pst. This is for a cardiologist.
