Dr Wong truly cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen and never accepts that a patient is status quo. He always strives to get them feeling their best. He is kind, gentle, smart, and supportive.
the Spanish girl that answere the phone was very rude and asked for a referral, my insurance DOESN'T a referral and it's not a Goverment or any cheap insurance.
Spent time with me and explained all my options at the present time. Look forward to working with Dr. Wong in the future. Very easy to talk to and is very concerned with what I'm going through. The staff is also excellent and very helpful caring. A special thanks to Nicole as I am handicapped and she always ready to go out her way to help me.
