Hello, I’m writing regarding the service performed at 450 W Covered Bridge Rd about a week and a half ago involving the replacement of a shower cartridge and pressure-balancing component. I want to express my disappointment with the total charge of $829 for this repair, especially given that the work appeared to take approximately 45 minutes. Patrick to the rescue again. We had a plumbing leak and Patrick came out to resolve the issue. He diagnosed the problem and identifiedthe solution.
