Great Appraiser I called Brian at the suggestion of my attorney. Brian was friendly and helpful and had the appraisal done in 3 days. The appraisal came under scrutiny in the courts but in the end, with some additional declarations Brian he provided for free, the judge found in my favor stating that it was due in large part to Brian's appraisal which was 'thorough and convincing'. Not all appraisers are equal and I strongly urge everyone to give Brian a shot.
