I just want to explain the situation. My grandmother has me, so when I came with her, I made her appointment online. But you need to understand that many of your patients are elderly people who don’t know how to use the internet or schedule an appointment online. They end up sitting there, getting frustrated, and calling your automated system 10 or 15 times without being able to make an appointment. I believe we’re not the only ones facing this problem. I’m sure many other patients are experiencing the same issue.
