Very disappointed with Nationwide and Brian Barber itself. I had been a customer for about 5 years. This summer I started the search for a 2nd vehicle. When I called Brian Barber, I never received a call back. I tried for a couple of months to get a quote from the local agency, and then with the corporate office with no success.
