If I could give a lower rating I would. I was intentionally lied to and misled into a surgery I specifically told Dr. Brian G. Timm I did not want. I specified what I wanted done and asked if they could do it and am left years later with mangled nail shards poking into my foot and no compensation. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a medical professional and I would relish to see his license being taken away. Dr. Timm has just been an amazing podiatrist and Dr. he goes farther than beyond for his patients. He know I can be a pain but he always gets me through. And he also remembers things about my foot without having to read it. He’s a happy friendly straight forward Dr and will give you his best thoughts on what to do (I’m a problem child so I get a boot instead of a brace. Last time it was a cast!!) He is very nice and thank u God dr timm saved my left ankle i all most lost my left ankle because of Binghamton General hosptial mess up on my left ankle and me and my bf and my bf mom want to thank all the nures and doctors who was there when i had my left ankle surgery done especially a big thank you to dr timm who saved my left ankle before i lost my left ankle binghamton general hosptial should be luck dr timm saved my left ankle god bless to every doctors and nures who was there
Takes the time to listen to his patients concerns, symptoms, and overall health. Dr. Timm makes you feel comfortable talking about personal information. He explains things in a way that makes sense to you and includes you in making decisions. I've had 4 surgeries done by him. I've had little to no problems with his staff in the last 4 years. Dr. Timm is kind, professional and very knowledgeable in what he does. I highly recommend Dr. Timm to anyone in the Southern Tier and surrounding.
