Had a super great experience with Brian. Worked with me as a first time home buyer trying to figure out the ins and outs of buying a home. He walked through houses and pointed out things I would have never noticed and how he would tackle different problems in each house we walked through. He even answered when it was inconvenient for him and he would always keep me updated on anything I needed to know. Definitely will use him again in the future.

Worked with Brian on the purchase of our dream home and it was an awesome experience ! We were the pain the butt customers that wanted to look at the home many times before making an offer and a few times even after the offer was accepted. He also sold my old house for me in belle fourche and found us the perfect buyers for it as well. The attention to detail he put into every aspect of the process on both sides was well worth writing him this review ! Thanks Brian!

We found out we were expecting last year and decided it was time to look for a house where we could start our family. I had what I felt like was a long list of things I was looking for in a home and Brian went above and beyond in helping us find a house that was going to a perfect match. We would absolutely use Brian again and we’d recommend him to anyone else looking to buy a house!

Brian helped us buy our unicorn home on the West side of Rapid City. We’ve bought and sold many houses, but Brian was the first realtor we’ve ever seen readily hop into a crawl space. He knows houses. He helped us negotiate a contingency purchase. He stuck by us for 3 long months and kept our seller on board till our house sold. He knows Rapid City and he knows real estate. We felt very supported by Brian and hope he’s around for our next purchase.
