Dr Shaffer and the entire ENT West team are excellent. They get you scheduled quickly Treat people with respect and their care is above and beyond the call. Highly recommended!
Dr. Shaffer is wonderful, a really nice guy who cares about his patients and shows it. He is one of the best I have worked with over the years. I must say that some of the other staff were not entirely welcoming, and seemed rather brusque with me. As a 30+ -year medical provider myself, I understand the stresses of keeping up with the schedule in-clinic, but things like pacing yourself to the patient's comfort and not walking so fast as to rush them down the hall to a room they will end up sitting in anyway, seems a bit roug... read more
