Dr. Shaffer is wonderful, a really nice guy who cares about his patients and shows it. He is one of the best I have worked with over the years. I must say that some of the other staff were not entirely welcoming, and seemed rather brusque with me. As a 30+ -year medical provider myself, I understand the stresses of keeping up with the schedule in-clinic, but things like pacing yourself to the patient's comfort and not walking so fast as to rush them down the hall to a room they will end up sitting in anyway, seems a bit roug... read more
