My husband had to find a new doctor after repeatedly trying to get a call back for 6 weeks regarding a necessary medication. This isn't the first time it has been difficult for him to get a call back. We are glad that he didn't have a serious health issue at the time.
Just had a visit with Cady and was left in the freezing exam room for over a half hour. When expressed my frustration he said I was rude and disrespectful and told me he was done with me and walked out. I've been seeing him for over 10 years and this is how he treats a senior citizen. Not only is he rude and disrespectful he's a coward and a liar
As always everyone is very professional and very nice. You never have to wait very long either. The doctor really listens to you and I feel like he really wants to help. Sure he's busy but he takes as much time with you that you need. He doesn't hurry you along.
