They replaced furnace in Dec 2017 or very first part Jan 1018. Which I think Jan. Haven't heard from them since. Need to change filter and have no way, shape or form any way to get into furnace to do so and can't get in touch with them two years later. So, no I'm peeved 😡😡

Purchased what was supposed to be a new system for $1900 in December 2017. Found out on August 2019 it was a used system from 2004. Phone goes directly to voicemail and he will not return phone calls. STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST THIS CROOK.

Well two years ago be out in new furnace and it is bolted all around and no way to put in new filter. No way to leave message and i'm supposed to have 10 year warranty. Do i or do i not. Call someone for goodness sake. I could have gotten as cheaper furnace to boot

Brian will take your money and walk away. He did it to me and my 92 year old mama. He came in full of promises to fix a damaged bathroom from a broken pipe. This was November. At first he was gangbusters getting the demo done. He made so many promises including replacing my kitchen floor which also showed possible water leaking underneath. He cut a 3 foot square hole in my kitchen down to the dirt rather than access it thru the crawl space. I give Brian Services cooling and heating a 5-star rating, yesterday I had called another place they told me they would be here never showed up ,my house was getting extremely hot , so I called and cancelled the people that were supposed to show up, and call Brian Services cooling and heating this was around 6pm,and he told me as soon as they were done they would be here and showed up and fix my air conditioner at 10 p.m.,I would highly recommend this company!
