I began seeing Dr. Seebacher in January of 2016. I had the following symptoms: I could not lift more than 15 pounds; could not reach over and pick up an item on the floor; could not tie my shoes; could not reach behind my back to put my belt on; my body was sore all the time as if I exercised to much; I had limited rotation of my neck.
