The absolute worst patient interaction. Impossible to reach and get questions answered. Staff? If there was a 0 stars they deserve it. I will not be surprised if a patient goes postal on this office. Go elsewhere or you will regret it.

If you’re able to, run. If not, walk quickly away from this office. You will thank me later…

After experiencing other Urology doctors, I find Dr. Schwartz to be caring, listens well, explains things well, and is not hurried. I am more than satisfied with him.

Dr. Schwartz never followed up after complications with my procedure. He was un reachable. Complications caused me two days in the Hospital.

I need a biopsy on my prostate. I am on Prasugrel heart medication and aspirin that seriously thin my blood and prevent clotting. He was willing to proceed if the cardiologist wouldn’t give me clearance to stop the meds prior to the procedure admitting the two others doctors in his practice would not. I haven’t heard from Dr Schwartz or his staff since my last visit, 3 weeks ago. In the meantime I have been to another urologist and my cardiologist and both indicated his plan to proceed while on the meds is dangerous. My doct... read more

Dr Schwartz has treated my enlarged prostate in a minimalist fashion with understanding. I'm impressed with his knowledge and expertise.

I had high PSA and my GP recommended Schwartz. I will never forgive him for that, and even he now acknowledges that Schwartz is not good. Questions are treated like "none of your business". He has no time for you, not even to explain the prostate cancer that I have. He prescribed the treatments 3 years ago, and the cancer is back. Metastasized and the medications to combat it are miserable. I highly recommend going to Moffitt in Tampa if you have prostate cancer.

I have noticed he can be a little short with you from time to time, he needs to remember that I am not a Doctor. BUT, so far so good. I will continue to keep him as my Urologist. He is going to remove one of my kidneys ASAP, I'm good with that. As to the staff, they are not there to make friends, so most of them are straight to the point. Some of them, not all, could be a little more friendly. I will stick with Dr, Schwartz. He is OK in my book.

He then charged me $80. So today I went back for my cysto and I got tied up in traffic was late 20 minutes he told me he would not see me I needed to make another appointmen... read more
