I have been a patient of Dr. Saks' for over ten years. I can confidently say he is an exceptional therapist. His ability to listen attentively and provide insightful perspectives has been instrumental in helping me navigate through various challenges and personal growth opportunities throughout my life. I’ve known Dr. Saks as a clinical colleague for over 15 years. I have nothing but the utmost respect for him and how he works with his patients. He is highly ethical, compassionate, pragmatic, flexible, and thoughtful. I would recommend him to anybody seeking psychotherapy.
He is not a good therapist. I’m worse off after seeing him. I suggest you find another therapist.
I don’t intend to invalidate the other review here, but Brian has been an incredible therapist for me. Coming from an LCSW who did nothing but invalidate my experiences, Brian was very helpful, warm, and insightful throughout our time together. He was very transparent about his treatment style, and appreciated any input I could offer about the process.
