I was warned about Brians by more than one person in town, but decided to support our local business. Unfortunately, if its more than changing the tires, brakes, oil or a fanbelt replacement on your pickup I would definitely go to the dealer for any advanced work or you will end replacing your cars computer or trading it in because they connected diagnosis machine wrong. I got a flat tire on my trailer that they had fixed,Had to buy a new one for 91 dollars,They never checked why the tire went flat just sold me a new one (you no the out of town guy lets get him ) I traveled back to the highway Where the tire started smoking so i pulled over on the highway,it was a peice of the trailer rubbing on the tire.Thats what made the first tire go Flat,i called Brians for help,could you run me out a jack and hammer so i could take off the new tire they just put on and pound the bent metal away from th... read more
I think you have the wrong store. My entire family gets our cars serviced there and they are all very nice and service is quick and and done right. Also I know the staff and the bosss wife doesnt even work there so im not sure you have the right Brians. Also they are a hardware store too which is very nice and convienant in a small town.
I will never go back to them. They tell you what it will cost to repair the auto to the best they can that i understand. But when you get a qoute for 4 Jobs and you only get 2 Jobs done and they still charge you the same as if they did the 4 jobs is not right. The wife of owner asked what i was qouted and i told her what i was qouted and she charged me the price as if all 4 jobs were done.They do over charge if you only get one job done and needed 2 or more done.
