I am wondering if anyone else has been ripped off from Brian S, Baird. He took my money for a new set of glasses in September 2024, and I still haven't received them. His phone has been shut off and nobody is at the family run office. I've never heard from anyone from their office about my glasses or a refund. I would not recommend. Very unprofessional at his job and not funny.
