Well when i called to get an appointment i was told rather shortly i needed a referral. When my dr sent a referral, his staff called and said he looked at case and nope wouldn't take it there was no discussion, no chance to explain, not even clarification that i live in Helena now not Bozeman. So i guess in all fairness i never saw the man but i can tell you i have no desire to now. I will drive to Missoula or back to Bozeman.

My doctor sent a referral and Dr Robinson’s staff called and said he looked at case and that he wouldn't take it. There was no discussion, no chance to explain, not even clarification. I called the office directly and left a message to have them call me back so that I could explain the situation and was not even granted the courtesy of a callback. Dr Robinson’s recommendation was for me to see an OB/GYN. However, if he had looked through my notes he would have seen. I already had done that. Not impressed. What the heck?

Simply one of the best most thoughtful HCPs I have interacted with. Extremely knowledgeable and up to date. Tremendous follow through. I am grateful for him.

Dr. Robinson is EXCELLENT. Very forthcoming and doesn't beat around the bush. Also doesn't hesitate to give his honest opinion.
