Thank you Dr. Drew for taking care of my nose bleed situation last evening. All seems well today. I especially appreciated you listening to my situation and explaining the what and why of your procedure.
After waiting for more than 90 minutes, along with several other patients, I was told that the doctor was double-booked throughout the day and that he manages his own calendar. Note that my appointment was scheduled for less than 2 hours after the clinic opened. When I asked the length of time allowed for each appointment, I was told 15 minutes, but that he typically spends a lot more time, which I would expect. Excellent, timely service for my annual check up.
Dr. Drew (and his PA) were empathetic, knowledgeable, professional and caring. My concern was an 'on the mend' broken nose from a ranch accident. I found I was in good hands and learned what my options were based upon how my nose was healing. I was heard and helped. I would recommend their services to everyone.
Dr. Drew eased my mind that my sinuses & throat were in good condition after a sinus infection was cured by an antibiotic. He cares & has a good bedside manor!
Went in for consult about tonsillectomy. He checked my ears, nose, and throat and not just my throat. He was quick but thorough, and very straightforward with his recommendations moving forward.
I experienced a delay in receiving medical attention for tinnitus with appointments booking out multiple weeks. The doctor initially treated me as a potential surgical candidate rather than a patient in need of immediate assistance. Consequently, I was discharged without a treatment plan, with the doctor suggesting that the condition would likely resolve on its own. I am deeply disappointed and uncertain about the appropriate course of action.
Was seen at his office today after a referral from my primary for ongoing inner ear issues. He ignored my concerns, gaslight me about my history and was extremely condescending. I really expected more from a medical professional and l hope this review guides others to avoid such an unpleasant and unprofessional interaction.
I always feel like Dr Drew sincerely wants to help me . He takes care of my ear issues making me glad I have found him 8 years ago .
