Dr. Brian McGovern took care of me last night in the ER at Norwalk Hospital.He was kind, clear and focused.I truly undestood everything he was saying. I was in alot of pain due to a Gout flareup.He sent me for the right tests and explained the results. Note to Norwalk Hospital: I had heard from one of the support team that there was only one Doctor covering the over capacity ER.Really?This is certainly hurting Patient care and the overall experience.It needs to be addressed immediately.The long waits in between procedures I ... read more
Aside from being a good looking guy, he is very patient and highly intelligent. He might be the best doctor at Norwalk ED, maybe in all of CT.
