Dr. Pugh treated my father with great respect and dignity. He is a wonderful surgeon and a Dr who is very genuine and kind. Our experience with him was exceptional!
I went to Dr. Pugh to get my gallbladder removed he told me I was too fat to do surgery on and refused to discuss anything else with me. He acted like I was wasting his precious time. I went to UT and they treated me with respect and dignity.
From the day I contacted Dr. Pugh's office his staff kept me informed as to the procedure and called me with any questions that I had. I can not say enough about Dr. Pugh's staff and his bedside manor prior to the procedure I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Pugh for any procedure he is qualified to preform.
He is a very caring Doctor who spends time explaining things as it goes and is very compassionate as well.
Dr Pugh is a awesome surgeon. He cares about his patients. I wrote one review already. I was having a bad day that day. When Dr Pugh is talking was talking to me. He took the time to explain things if I didn't understand it. Very nice and respectful. I have never seen him being disrespectful or arrogant. He explains what he is going to do before he does the surgery. I would defiantly recommend Dr Pugh. He cares about his patients. A lot of compassion for his patients.Thank you Dr Pugh and staff
Dr. Pugh is a very compassionate physician that answered every question and did not overstep by making assumptions on the outcome before biopsy results were in. He took excellent care of my father and has the best demeanor. He will now be the physician my entire family will use for procedures.
Dr. Pugh was tremendous and took excellent care of my wife. It was an emergency surgery and he was great.
Dr. Pugh is very knowledgeable and treated us with the upmost respect. When you are going through a scary time he is the doctor you want. He thourally explains the procedure and test needed and answered everyone of my questions and concerns. I trust him 100 percent.
Very arrogant and rude along with a "Dr Jeckle & Mr Hyde" demeanor. Will tell you one thing and on the next visit will say something totally the opposite. He called me names and said I was the problem when I tried to explain my horrific experience waking up from surgery and the problems I had with a day surgery nurse.
