Never had any problems with people in the office or workers ever. Always gave me and my family good service.
They have done a lot of work for us and if they fix something and its not right he will take care of it. I own a heating and cooling buisness (Air-Tech of tuscaloosa) and when working on mechanical things you can fix it and 2 days later something else break and we think they must have screwed it up because all we know is its not working again. The work was ok but the people that work there have horrible personalities. No customer service what so ever! They are extremely rude and don't expect the price they quote you to be what you end up having to pay. I guess I should have got the quote written down and signed!!
