Fantastic Dental Practice! The staff is friendly and attentive. They greet you when you arrive and take the time to explain the details of your bill and insurance coverage. Dr. Chandler has assembled a first class team. In the chair, again everyone is pleasant, communicative, and focused on providing quality service to the patient. I highly recommend Shepherd Dental in Shepherdstown WV.
I get a different provider every time I come here. Front desk is rude. No familiar faces. No privacy in the patient rooms that are right next to their cleaning station with bloody trays sitting on the counter. I really miss Dr Palank, Velvet and Linda.
