Dr. Grady seems great, but an important part of being a doctor is choosing a competent office team to work with. If your patients can't get past the front desk, it doesn't matter how good your medical knowledge or bedside manner is! The front desk staff at this location has repeatedly dropped the ball in my handful of interactions with them. I was fortunate to have Dr Grady as my urologist for several years. Unfortunately, I moved and could no longer see him but I just wanted everyone to know if you want a doctor that is knowledgeable and will listen to you Dr Grady is the man! He got me through some hard times and performed many procedures on me. Sometimes I would go into my appointments and it kinda turned into a therapy session for me because he never rushed me and always heard me out.
