Nurse Angel, welcomed me, completed the intro info & even assisted me in retrieving my phone from my car & get back in time for my appointment. Brian is great. He summarizes the purpose of my visit. He problem solves with me & clearly explains the next steps. I am soooo happy we are with PHC NEW BERLIN!
