We bought a house with wood floors that had not been taken care of for many years. It took Brian a week to sand down the approx 1300 SF and apply 3 coats of poly and our floors look amazing. The pet odor is gone and the old wood shines, just look at the before and after photos. We’ll be able to enjoy these floors for a long time now.

Brian scheduled a meeting to give me an estimate. He called me, the day of the meeting, asking if we could change the time and suggested a time later that day. That did not work with my schedule, as I had already delayed going to work that day by 2 hours to be home at the time he originally scheduled. Instead of suggesting a time, later in the week, he got frustrated with me and hung up on me. I called him back thinking possibly we simply got disconnected.
