I find the staff at O'Neil Podiatry to be incompetent and unprofessional. Twice the staff at O'Neil podiatry Group Miss quoted Prices on Diabetic Shoes after they researched it with my insurance coverage they still miss quoted prices. Twice the staff promised a delivery date for the shoes and twice upon waiting the full length of the promised delivery date and I then called the office only to discover the shoes were never ordered.
