I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset. I left the office feeling very upset and dissatisfied. I feel like they did more harm than good during my appointment. They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me.
