Waiting room is nice but waited over an hour for a 10 min visit
Dr Ogg and his staff are alway so friendly and kind and genuinely care about what's bothering you.
Dr Ogg just did my rotator cuff surgery and everything around it he said was a shredded mess. So far so good only bad thing is they are always behind and we were there post op an hour and a half before we saw Dr Ogg. That’s very very frustrating especially if you have other appointments after. Stop overbooking! Overall I would probably have him do my other shoulder when necessary. Thank you!
The receptionists are so friendly and helpful and Dr Ogg is very patient with me. Dealing with issues that require further procedures but letting me make my own decisions on when to proceed without being pushy. Appreciate that there’s no pressure!
