I don’t know if the other two caught him on a bad day or what, but he was very pleasant to me. He was kind, he listened to all of my concerns, and he was thorough & professional.
Please Avoid this man. Absolutely terrible. Knows nothing at all about neck and spinal issues. Do not want to see this man again, and wish Dr. Roh office quite sending messages to him.
Please avoid this ‘Nurse’!! We were supposed to see a doctor for spine/neck issues and since he was busy they sent us to see this ‘Nurse Practitioner’. We never dealt with more rude and unpleasant person in medical profession. He would not answer any questions and he took our relatives arm yanked it over her head(she has been in therapy for months) and he simply said she is fine while she was crying in pain. She is about to go into emergency because of this ‘Nurse’.
