There is a resident Dr. Garcia there, on the younger side lacking a lot of patient driven empathy care. Be aware if he oversees your care, he is not trustworthy, he practices under Dr. Morgan at this Illinois clinic as well as united health centers on wayte. He lied about my lab results, I had a 24hr urine test at labcorp, when I went to my follow up he came to see me, I asked him for my results and said they were fine. I would say this my experience has been great, even after reading all the reviews, girls infront desk are decent, I can see why others would say they are rude but working in healthcare and with people who feel entitled just changes your prospective on people, that been said. I never had to wait long the longest I waited was maybe hr and that was once out of all 8 months that I been going & even then people, "it's common sense!" in a majority of appointments we wait and complaining over this, is ridiculous and trust me, I hav... read more

Woman name Stephanie here push down to hard on your stomach & pelvis area during ultrasound test I felt like she was literally trying to harm my baby I left this place in pain then she had a nerve to say " it's because your baby is stubborn I'm not getting all the pictures i need " I'm never returning back here again there's

Horrible experience with this office. I was referred here due to being high risk for preterm labor. My appts were constantly being rescheduled with very little notice. Appts took hours. I only saw the actual dr one time. Every other time I went it was a student doctor. This was very frustrating because each time I had go through my health history all over again. The wait time is RIDICULOUS!!! idk why they over book the patients and not seen them at the time they were scheduled. I had a bad experience on 11/26/2024. I was schedule for my appointment at 2:30 got there at 2:15 and didn’t get called until 3:30. At the time of the ultrasound the ultrasound tech took a while to find the baby’s profile which I was already annoyed like get someone that knows what they are doing!!! Took about 20 mins.
