I see this clinic has pretty positive reviews and you know there's always that one or two "difficult" people that give a business a black eye. I guess I'm one of those "one or two". We just moved to the area from Orlando and had to quickly find a new vet here. We chose Dunnellon because it had good reviews and it's close. Supervisor Shelby told me she couldn't change the bill after I brought it to attention that my cat was operated on without my consent. I brought my cat in for a $25 dollar inspection, and was asked if the could take my cat into the back for further inspection. I said yes. A few minutes later, a lady brings my cat back. My cat is in pain, painting and whimpering in pain, I feel anger, but I control myself, and see his bump is down. She informs me my baby had an abscess, and they operated on it.
