Brian and his staff have always provided patient and thoughtful service at all levels, The customization options if needed are also very much appreciated. Beautiful items and personal attention make shopping at their store a wonderful experience.
Everyone in the store is always friendly, great options, great repair work. The only thing I can complain about is you have to ring a bell to get in, which is fine. But don't make me stand out there while you stand and chat or decide who's turn it is to answer.
