Dr. Brian Mercer is amazing! I had lower back surgery with him, and I have been treating with him for a long time now. He is very attentive to patient needs, his staff got back to me anytime I had to call in with a concern or pain, he listens to understand, and is very descriptive when he explains what is going on and why which I love! I don't even know how good this Dr. is but what I will say is how disappointed I am in the service of keeping appointments. I have made 2 appointments for an initial consultation for pain I've had since May and both times he has cancelled the appointment. I understand personal reasons and emergencies but these are 2 different appointments a month apart. I wasted almost a month being in pain just for the appointment to be cancelled!I was told by family to seek another Dr. But I wanted someone within Orlin & Cohen group. Guess... read more
I’m a patient of Dr. Mercer. Due to a car accident in 2019 I’ve had horrible pains in my back and shoulder, all the way to my fingers. I looked everywhere for a good doctor and I finally found Dr. Mercer when I had all about given up. He found a pinched nerve along other things and performed surgery in October. I could feel the difference already. I’m still healing but I’m getting my life back due to what a wonder doctor and Surgeon he is. I recommend him to anyone.
