Dr. Mercer is extremely knowledgable and thorough. He gave me clear instructions on next steps in my care. He answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. My only concern was not with Dr. Mercer but with the support staff who was taking notes on his behalf. They did not write the correct information in my chart. This caused a lot of issues and back and forth in order to get my documentation corrected. I saw Dr Mercer a few years ago. He was absolutely amazing. He is very intelligent and explained everything to me. I now have to see him again with my spine issues. I know I am in good hands with this office. He really is a wonderful Dr. Thank you!...
Saw Terese (PA) for Dr. Mercer and she was extremely thorough with a few options for treating my back pain and sciatica. After I have my MRI next week I will meet with Dr. Mercer.
Since my first appointment Dr Mercer and his staff have treated me with nothing but kindness and understanding regarding my injuries. They take the time to listen to you and explain every avenue of care and treatment available before suggesting surgery. I wish more doctors were as Understanding as he is. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my back and hip. I recommend him over anyone else 10/10. Thank you Dr Mercer and Staff for helping me through all of this. You are all Heaven Sent.
