Be warned when purchasing a home this realtor has listed! You cannot trust that everything is listed concerning the house he lists. Brian hid the fact there is a mandatory 5 year golf club membership that is an additional cost to purchasing the home I bought. That was not an ethical thing to do. If you buy a home it is up to you to dig and find things like a country club being attached to the property because it seems as though realtors are not honest and do not have your best interest at heart, just their commission and the... read more
