He helped us buy our house (which was in the bag already... We'd seen it twice and the Realtor who'd showed us the house a couple times wouldn't call, text, email us back... So it was a showing or two and paperwork). We sent him an easy commissioners fee eligible foreclosure (just paperwork to do) and asked for 2-3 months for comps that never came by the deadline he set... We bought our first house from Brian. He went above and beyond. From help getting the loan to all the proper paperwork, he made house buying easy for someone who had never went through all the normal hassle. Even after the sale, I have contacted Brian with questions and he has gladly, without hesitation, helped us out.
