Brian's office has provided up with Home Owner insurance for the past 27 years. They have always provided great and responsive service.
37 years with this agent; no claims. He made a lot of money from us. But alas, a homeowner claim this year. When called, his first reaction was to convince us to not file a claim. He did not file it with State Farm. We had to at their 800 number. We never heard from him again, even as we are having difficulties over two months later.
