I have been a policyholder with State Farm and Brian Matthews office for years. The thing that sets Brian’s office apart is the personal service that our family gets from Brenda, Gloria, Alice and of course Brian! When I call the office I know that I will be able to talk to someone and get an answer to my question or help me with an insurance problem. From top to bottom they really deliver on State Farms promise to be a “ Good Neighbor “ .
I have had policies with this office for years! The staff is always able to assist in with any questions I have right away. As a motorcycle owner, I have to insure new vehicles and change my policies often with all of my toys, I’ve carried car, motorcycle, renters, and life policies with them and have always had a wonderful experience!
