I highly recommend Jonathan Deenik and his capable colleagues. I've utilized his services twice for changes to custody arrangements which is always a stressful & complicated experience but I was given excellent service and trusted that I was in good hands.
If you are a Dad going through a custody case, do not use Jonathan Deenik. Paid him around $13,000 and he did absolutely nothing for my daughter and I. He actually pressured me in to signing away my parenting time the night before we were set to go to trial. I was told if I signed a “temporary” agreement and moved from Indianapolis to Terre haute to be closer to my daughter’s mom, after I moved I would get my custody back “and hopefully even more than 50/50” and that’s what the judge wanted me to do. Jenifer Habecker is now with this firm. Avoid this attorney at all costs. Ms. Habecker set me in financial ruin and allowed my children to be violated by a predator. When I had our mediation. Ms. Habecker showed up with nothing prepared, no files, no computer. Refused to help me in any way. Had me sign a contract that was detrimental to my children and I. Refused to talk to me and charged me for services I never received. Ms. Habecker is dishonest and will throw her clients under the bus.
Highly recommend! Both Deenik and Lowe were wonderful. Will put more details at a later date.
