In summary, poor judgment and questionable ethics are two pillars I'd associate with this firm. Do not recommend.
I highly recommend Jonathan Deenik and his capable colleagues. I've utilized his services twice for changes to custody arrangements which is always a stressful & complicated experience but I was given excellent service and trusted that I was in good hands.
If you are a Dad going through a custody case, do not use Jonathan Deenik. Paid him around $13,000 and he did absolutely nothing for my daughter and I. He actually pressured me in to signing away my parenting time the night before we were set to go to trial. I was told if I signed a “temporary” agreement and moved from Indianapolis to Terre haute to be closer to my daughter’s mom, after I moved I would get my custody back “and hopefully even more than 50/50” and that’s what the judge wanted me to do.
