Went to other Drs over the past 10 years. He listened from a medical view point. Looked at my history and recognized a possible issue. I dont know my complete diagnosis at this point but he was the one that pointed me in the right direction on addressing a serious issue.. There is a staff member that will benefit from customer service training, however I am reviewing the DR., not his staff.
Dr Leffler and his staff are both very caring and efficient. I have never had a single problem with any of the staff. and Dr. Leffler is the most kind and unlike other doctors really listens to your issues. I also believe it is worth the 50 min drive to his office.
I'm not sure what the negative reviews are referring to in regards to Dr. Leffler and his staff. I recently relocated to the area and went through a couple of doctors before my husband found Dr. Leffler. He's the only doctor that either of us have found that doesn't make us feel rushed, takes the time to answer every question and go through things step by step if necessary. Personally, I think he's fantastic and would highly recommend him.
Not nice people, would not recommend if you want to feel comfortable with your doctor. Expect rude phone calls. The nurses complain about their personal lives while checking your blood pressure. Just overall poor customer service and shocking to see in 2017. Will look for another doctor with staff who have better people skills.
Poor doctor in a bad office (Avon Family Medicine) in a terrible system (Hendricks Regional Healthcare). Distracted, disorganized, incompetent and really don't care. Incorrect prescriptions, triple billing, very poor communication... Try someone else.
Nice guy.. seems genuine. Makes eye contact and listens. Takes time to explain his decisions and answered every one of my questions. Glad I found him..
Dr. Leffer is always willing to listen to me when I have a suggestion. He is kind an patient. Wonderful bedside manners. Office staff is very friendly.
