Dr. Fong is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor who performed a flawless knee replacement surgery on me. I believe that his technique, using the robotics to assist, is far superior to other accepted techniques.
After waiting over an hour, I got a refund and left. I think they owe me money for wasting my time.
I met Doctor Fong long before I was a patient of his. I trust no one else to provide orthopedic care for my family. Dr. Fong has great bedside manners and will do what ever it takes to make you right. We have only done surgery when there was no other option that was practical. With great hours and an accommodating staff, you can not go wrong. From young to old, the Fong Institute is the one for you.
The staff was very friendly and caring. Dr. Fong cares about his patient's well being, rather than giving a quick fix that could create future problems. I'm very glad I listened to my friend and scheduled an appointment with him.
