I came into Dr. Lee’s office and saw the associate Dr. Chen for a night guard due to severe grinding problem. Got checked in immediately. After knowing my previous experience with night guard from another office which I could not sleep with and seems to worsen the clenching, Dr. Chen and Dr. Lee recommended me their hard night guard and explained clearly and patiently why a hard one is better for me and would not be too bulky for me to sleep with. I regularly visit for maintenance and cleanings, and the staff are always very friendly and welcoming. The treatments are consistently done with great care. When there are parts of the explanation that are difficult for me to understand in English, the doctor kindly explains them in Japanese, which is always very helpful. I’ve only ever requested services covered by my insurance, and I appreciate that there is never any pushy sales talk or unnecessary recommendations. It makes me feel very comfortable coming here. Had not been to the dentist in 20 years due to life choices. Trying to fix everything that had been backed up to show my daughter the right way. They didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all for any of it. They even watched my daughter while they worked on my teeth. Honestly I could not have asked for a better experience. From the front desk all the way to the dentist 10/10 thank you.
Fantastic crew of dentists, dental hygienists, and office staff. I have been going to Dr. Lee since 2020 and everytime it is a positive experience. Highly recommended!!!
I am extremely happy with the dental services I received at Dr Lee office. I finally got all the issues with teeth fixed. I will be recommending Dr Lee to anyone needing a new dentist.
