They Excluded one of my children in my policy with out telling me.Told me to come in to sign papers they had found me a cheaper rate but never mentioned excluding my son from the policy ...I didn't even know until I reviewed my policy page for page when I got a chance...I recommend going over any paper work this company hands you page for page because they make changes without telling you...I am very disgusted.VERY unprofessional and I will be cancelling and going to another agency.

I have had a wonderful experience, Karen has been helping me with my auto policies and has gave me not only better rates than the insurance I had before but also excellent customer service. She has always answered all my questions very kindly even if I ask the same thing again, she always makes sure I understood. Ive reffered a few family members and they also said shes been able to help them get better rates than what they had. Thank you so much Karen, you are the best!
