I received an advertisement through the mail of Brian Lakey promoting himself as being a marine and next county sheriff and Elkhart Police Department policeman also working for the prosecutor's office, so I thought that I could hire this guy to help me with my case, went and met with him and his wife was told that $1000 would take care of the case for me.
