Dr. Dockendorf did my gallbladder surgery on Feb 13, 2025. Prior to the surgery I had watched the surgery on YouTube as well as several patients videos. Most patients were on hard drugs for pain ie liquid morphine. So I was nervous but prepared. I DID NOT HAVE ONE ONCE OF PAIN! It was easier than having a dental cleaning.I was tired after the surgery from the anesthetic. Otherwise I could gone straight to the store shopping. Dr. Dockendorf did an outstanding job for me on all three! I would highly recommend him. I had the esophageal stricture and colonoscopy done first and then 2 weeks later had the hernia done. I had already heard he was excellent on hernia repair! He listens to patients concerns and everything went smoothly.
He tells it like it is after reviewing all pertinent data including radiology reports. He has a good bedside manner.
