Diagnosed with Avascular Necrosis. Asked for military form explaining my limitations. Repeatedly told..."MR. PHAM, I don't understand this form and this military jargon. I am not going to work on a form that I can't understand." Cancelled Kaiser. Went to a different Doctor and got my form completed and signed within a few minutes. The texts of the form literally asks if I can do pushups and sit-ups. This is the "military jargon" that Dr. Park didn't want to put time into.
Dr Park did a partial knee replacement in May 2024. Now, a year later, you can hardly see the scar. Excellent surgeon,
